Terms & Conditions
Services Offered: The makeup artist (hereinafter referred to as "the artist") offers makeup application services for various occasions such as weddings, special events, photoshoots, etc., as agreed upon with the client.
Booking and Payment: To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. 50% of deposit will be required to secure the booking date, and 50% of the balance will be cleared 3 days before the booking.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of client cancellation, the full deposit will be forfeited. As for rescheduling, if the artist is not available on the rescheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the artist cancels for any unforeseen reason, a full refund of the deposit will be given, or efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment at the client's convenience.
Change in Booking Time: A time slot according to your requirements will be booked for you after receiving the deposit. If there are any changes to the timing you have provided, please update us as soon as possible. As we are only saving a particular time slot for you, any changes of time will be subjected to availability.
Client's Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the makeup application. The artist cannot be liable for any skin allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions if it was not communicated clearly prior to application. The client should also ensure a clean and suitable space for the artist to perform the makeup application.
Completion of Services: The artist will strive to complete the makeup application within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays caused by the client or unforeseen circumstances may extend the duration, but the artist will make every effort to ensure timely completion.
Photography and Promotions: The artist reserves the right to take photographs of the makeup application for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
Liability: While the artist takes utmost care and expertise in the makeup application, they are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or any other adverse effects resulting from the use of makeup products provided or recommended.
Amendments to Terms: These terms and conditions may be subject to change at the discretion of the artist. Clients will be informed of any amendments made.
