Our Story
Hey there! I'm Mu En, the proud creator behind Whispered Charm. I began my journey as a makeup artist back in 2014 in Singapore. Whispered Charm isn't just a brand to me – it's a reflection of my love for creating subtle, yet oh-so-elegant makeup and hair looks.
My interest in makeup first started when I had to do my own makeup for dance performances, eventually leading me to help other dance performers and found out that it was a fun thing to do. Strangely, performance makeup is the complete opposite of what I am now doing, but I am grateful because it made me proficient in doing more dramatic makeup looks!
I pursued formal education with a makeup school after I graduated from university at SIM RMIT Business Marketing, but continued to work in office jobs. It was not until years later that the opportunity arose for me to continue full time into makeup and hair. Thus, with hard work and perseverance, my makeup and hair journey began!
I continued to upgrade myself by attending classes from teachers from Singapore to Taiwan, Korea, Russia and Australia, striving to always improve my skillset, hoping to bring the best to YOU!

You see, I've always believed that true charm doesn't have to be loud; it's about the gentle, soft whispers of beauty that bring out the best in you. That's why I named my brand 'Whispered Charm.' It's all about celebrating the quiet grace and sophistication that lies within each of us.
